公立である国立大学が、無期雇用契約によって非正規労働者の雇用の不安定さの減少を図るという政府の政策を妨害している姿を見るのは情けないことです。

It's sad to see a public National University thwarting central gov't policies which aims to make part time work less precarious through unlimited term employment contracts.

阪大は、非常勤教師が労働者であることを現在も認めていないだけでなく（下請けとして扱っている）、来年からは被用者にして、さらに勤務期間を5年間に制限して、無期雇用契約ができないようにするというのです。

Not only does Handai not admit that their part time teachers are currently employees (it treats them as subcontractors), from next year, they will make them employees, and THEN limit them to five years of work so they cannot get unlimited term contracts.

私たちの税金で運営されている公的機関としてあるまじき行為です。私たちの組合員はこんな大学の姿勢にうんざりしており、反撃の準備をしています。私たちと一緒に無期雇用契約を勝ち取るために立ち上がってくださることを期待しています。

Terrible behavior by a public institution funded with our tax dollars. Members are fed up and preparing a fight back and we hope to see you stand up together with us to win unlimited term contracts.
